Robert Harmsen
Mr. Harmsen, born in 1957, is of Dutch nationality. He graduated in  Business Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Between 1985 and1990  Mr. Harmsen worked at Organon International (Akzo Nobel Pharmaceuticals Divison). From 1990 until 1993 he was Manager Economic Affairs and Planning at Akzo Salt and Basic Division. In the period 1993/94 he held a comparable role for the Chemicals Group of Akzo Nobel, after which he moved to Akzo Nobel Resins. After being Financial controller for some years  he held here - from 1998 onwards-  various regional and global general management positions. From 2005 until 2012 he occupied first the position of Group General Manager Resins and  later that of Chief Operating Officer Resins at Nuplex Industries. From January 2007 onwards based in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Harmsen was appointed Chief Executive Officer Holland Colours N.V. as of January 5, 2012. 

Marco Kok
Mr. Kok was born in 1972 and is of Dutch nationality. He studied Public Accountancy at Nivra-Nyenrode University up until 2000, and obtained his Masters in Controlling at Nyenrode University in 2003. In his professional career, Mr. Kok worked as auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1993 up until 1999, followed by 3 years as (Group) Controller and Management Team member with two medium-sized steel-construction and ship-building companies. From 2003-2007, he first acted as Business Controller and later as Black Belt at Philips Electronics N.V. in Drachten and Amsterdam respectively, before moving over to Pon Holdings. With Pon, Mr. Kok held the position of Group Finance Director with the Pon-Cat dealerships from 2008 up until 2010. Since March 2011, Mr. Kok occupied the position of Chief Finance Officer at Amefa Holding BV, Apeldoorn. Mr. Kok is currently Chief Financial Officer of Holland Colours NV and controller of Holland Colours Europe, both as of November 1, 2012.

Tineke J. Veldhuis-Hagedoorn
Mrs. Veldhuis, born in 1953, is of Dutch nationality. She is co-founder of Holland Colours, where she has worked since 1979. Mrs. Veldhuis has occupied various positions within the organization including that of General Manager of Holland Colours Hungária Kft and Director of the Asia Division. Mrs. Veldhuis is currently Director of the Americas Division and General Manager of Holland Colours Americas Inc. in Richmond, Indiana, USA.
